Victoria N. Clark-Grassano joined Commodore Realty in 2024 as General Counsel and Vice President of Leasing, Tenant Relations and Acquisitions. She brings extensive substantive experience in legal, business, and real estate matters, from previously working in “big law” firms in Tampa and Miami and her role as outside counsel for national and international companies across various industries. Victoria earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science with minors in Business and in International Affairs from Florida State University, graduating summa cum laude with Honors. She then went on to receive her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she was on the Dean’s List, earned a Book Award for Legal Drafting and for Legislative Advocacy, as well as the Pro Bono Certificate of Excellence. Victoria is admitted to practice law in Florida since 2019, and she has served on various executive boards since then. She is fluent in Russian, with her family originally from Kiev, Ukraine, and conversational in Spanish.
In her spare time, Victoria enjoys spending time with her family, surfing, exploring new cultures, and cheering on the Miami Dolphins and Miami Heat.
